    This kit updates MultiNet version 5.5 Rev A to correct a problem with devices
    left around.

    This kit contains the following images:
	INETDRIVER.EXE
    
    The ranking for this ECO is 3. A system reboot is required after installing
    this patch for it to take effect.

    - Create a timer when a device is being handed off from one process to
      another to clean up the device if the device is not assigned by a
